Product Categories We Carry

Compression tube fittings. Both double-ferrule and single-ferrule designs. Double-ferrule fittings (Parker A-Lok, Ham-Let Let-Lok) use a front ferrule for grip and a back ferrule for sealing — the standard for most instrument and process control hookups. Single-ferrule designs (Parker CPI, Ham-Let One-Lok) use a one-piece ferrule and are specified where mechanical simplicity or specific service preferences require. Tube OD sizes from 1/16″ through 1″ imperial, 2 mm through 25 mm metric. End configurations include tube-to-male pipe, tube-to-female pipe, tube-to-tube, port connectors, bulkhead unions, 37° flare to compression, and welded systems.

Needle and metering valves. Quarter-turn and multi-turn needle valves for instrument isolation, sample line shutoff, and pressure throttling. Metering valves for precise flow control on small-bore lines.

Block-and-bleed manifolds. Single-body assemblies combining isolation, bleed, and venting functions in one unit. Used to replace conventional multi-valve installations on pressure measurement systems, reducing leak paths, weight, and installation footprint. Two-valve and three-valve configurations available; ProBloc-series modular variants combine ball and needle valves into a single manifold body.

Check and relief valves. Non-return and pressure-relief valves sized for instrument service. Typical applications include sample line protection, analyzer line back-flow prevention, and small-bore pressure-relief duty.

Filters and sample cylinders. In-line filters for instrument and sample line particulate removal, plus sample cylinders for laboratory and process sample collection.

Parker Hannifin — Instrument Products Division (IPD)

Parker Hannifin IPD is supplied from our Alberta distribution centres in Calgary and Edmonton. The line covers Parker’s full instrumentation product range — A-Lok and CPI tube fittings, ProBloc double block-and-bleed manifolds, needle valves, metering valves, check and relief valves, filters, manifolds, and sample cylinders.

The A-Lok double ferrule tube fitting is Parker’s flagship compression line — heat-code traceable 316 stainless as standard, with 6Mo, Alloy 825, Alloy 625, Alloy C-276, brass, and carbon steel available. Front and back ferrules use Parker’s Suparcase surface treatment for hardening; silver-plated nuts prevent galling during makeup. A-Lok carries a wide configuration range including tube-to-male/female pipe, tube unions, port connectors, 37° flare conversions, O-ring seal connections, and weld-system terminations. Common service includes steam supply, offshore control panels, and sensing lines.

The ProBloc modular double block-and-bleed valve series replaces conventional multi-valve installations on pressure measurement systems. By combining customer-specified ball and needle valves into a single forged manifold, ProBloc reduces leak paths, system mass, and installation footprint — particularly important for offshore facilities where weight and space drive cost. Configurations include double-block, block-and-bleed, and block-bleed-block. Flange sizes 1/2″ through 3″, ANSI Class 150 through 2500. Ball valve bore sizes 10, 15, 20, and 25 mm. Standard outlet is female NPT with male NPT, CPI single ferrule, and A-Lok double ferrule connections available. Ultra-Low Emission variants meet ISO 15848 Class A or B for fugitive emissions.

Ham-Let — Advanced Control Technology

Ham-Let is supplied from our British Columbia (Langley), Ontario (Sarnia), and Quebec (Dorval) distribution centres. The line covers compression fittings, pipe fittings, valves, and high-purity components for process control, measurement, and ultra-clean service.

Let-Lok is Ham-Let’s double ferrule compression fitting line — the direct comparator to Parker A-Lok in design and application. One-Lok is the single ferrule alternative. Both are available in 316 stainless as standard, with higher alloys on request, and cover the standard instrument OD range. Beyond fittings, the Ham-Let valve range includes ball valves, needle valves, check valves, and relief valves sized for instrumentation service.

Ham-Let’s high-purity product range serves semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and other ultra-clean process industries where surface finish, particle counts, and material certification matter beyond standard instrument grade. These are project-specified rather than stocked.
