Q2: Is the bundle for freeze protection or being used to maintain some temperature? (If being used to maintain a temperature, what temperature?)
Q3: Will the bundle tube be steam cleaned at any time? Yes or No? If yes, what is the maximum internal temperature the bundle will be exposed to?
Q4: What is the coldest possible environment (ambient) temperature?
Q5: What is the hottest possible environment (ambient) temperature?
Q6: What voltage will they be operating at? (Usually 120VAC or 240 VAC)
Q7: How many tubes are in the bundle?
Q8: What are the sizes and the material types? (Specify O.D. and wall thickness)(For stainless steel specify seamless or welded)
Q9: Is the bundle for use in the General Purpose/Class I Div 2 area? Or Hazardous Class 1 Div. 1 area?
Q10: What type of jacket do you require? (Note: Our standard jacket material is Flame Resistant PVC. Other options available see chart page E8)
Q11: Does the bundle have to meet NEC 427.12 outer jacket surface temperature requirements when being operated at the maximum internal temperature and at the highest ambient as noted above (Yes or No)?
Q12: Total Qty for this design?
Q13: Any Specified Lengths?
NOTE: ALL OF THE INFORMATION ABOVE MUST BE COMPLETED. (Only exception is if you have a complete part number)

Special Features (if needed, please detail below):
